How long does it take to get the miniatures painted?

A good estimate is about 1 week per 10 28mm miniatures depending on current work load. I normally  paint about 150 15mm miniatures a week  Note that some miniatures may take more or less time depending on scale and amount of detail work.

The buyer pays for shipping both ways. Everything I send back to the customer is sent via US Priority mail. Insurance is available on request.

Can you Supply miniatures to paint.

We can get most in production miniatures but they have to be paid for before we start painting. I normally deal with Little shop of Magic and the Warstore and they will ship directly to me. Out of production miniatures can sometime be had on the secondary market (Ebay). In order to get OOP miniatures we must receive the money up front for the purchase.

How Should I send the miniatures I want to be painted.

We prefer the miniatures you send us to be free of flash and unprimed. Normally if you send us something primed it will get painted as is. There is no extra charge for light cleaning or priming of your miniatures. Any repairs or modifications must be requested and there will be an extra charge.  All charges must be approved before work will start.
