How long does it take to get the miniatures painted?

A good estimate is about 1 week per 10 28mm miniatures depending on current work load. I paint about 150 15mm miniatures a week  Note that some miniatures may take more or less time depending on scale and amount of detail work.

Who Pays for shipping?

The buyer pays for shipping both ways. Everything we send back to the customer is sent a way that can be tracked. A dollar minimum packing material fee is charged to insure your order is packed properly.

Can you get the miniatures I want painted?

We can get most in production miniatures but they have to be paid for before we start painting. Out of production miniatures can sometime be had on the secondary market (Ebay). In order to get OOP miniatures we must receive the money up front for the purchase.

How Should I send the miniatures I want to be painted.

We prefer the miniatures you send us to be free of flash and unprimed. Normally if you send us something primed it will get painted as is. There is no extra charge for light cleaning or priming of your miniatures. There is a charge to clean miniatures with excessive mold lines and other defects. All charges must be approved before work will start.
